  • What's included in a cleaning?

    Every service includes high-temperature pressure washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of up to two trash or recycling bins. We remove the residue and buildup that cause odors and attract pests.

  • How often should I have my bins cleaned?

    Most homeowners choose monthly service to keep odors and buildup under control year-round. We also offer quarterly and one-time on-demand cleanings.

  • When does service start?

    Hercules Bin Cleaning launches in Loudoun County on September 1, 2026. You can enroll now to lock in Founding Member pricing before launch.


  • What is the Founding Member Program?

    Customers who enroll on or before August 31, 2026 lock in discounted pricing for their first 24 months: $34.95 per monthly cleaning, $49.95 quarterly, and $10 per additional bin. Founding Members who prepay annually also get their 13th cleaning free each year.

  • Do you offer discounts for veterans and first responders?

    Yes. As a veteran-owned business, we extend Founding Member pricing to all veterans and first responders as a thank-you for their service.


  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve Loudoun County, Virginia, including Ashburn, Brambleton, Broadlands, Leesburg, Sterling, South Riding, and surrounding communities. We plan to expand into Fairfax and Prince William Counties in 2027.

  • Is the cleaning eco-friendly?

    Our system captures and contains the wastewater from every cleaning, so it doesn't run into your yard, the street, or storm drains. The water is hauled away and disposed of properly.


  • Can I upgrade from the Founding Member On-Demand plan?

    Yes. Founding Member On-Demand customers may upgrade to any Founding Member subscription plan at any time during the 24-month Founding Member pricing period and retain their Founding Member pricing.

  • What happens if I cancel my subscription?

    You may cancel your recurring service at any time after completing the three-visit minimum commitment. There are no long-term contracts.

  • Do I lose my Founding Member pricing if I cancel?

    Yes. Founding Member pricing is available only while you maintain continuous recurring service. If you cancel, any future recurring service will be at the pricing available at that time.

  • Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

    No. As long as your empty bins are accessible at the curb or in the agreed-upon location, we'll take care of the rest and return them when we're finished.

  • What if my trash collection is delayed?

    No problem. Simply let us know as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to reschedule your cleaning for the earliest available opportunity.

  • What if I forget to leave my bins out?

    If your bins aren't available when we arrive, we'll do our best to reschedule your cleaning. Our goal is always to provide the best possible customer experience, and any applicable service charges will be communicated in advance.

  • How does the referral program work?

    Refer a friend or neighbor to Hercules Bin Cleaning. When they become a recurring customer you'll receive a free cleaning credit as our thank-you. There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can earn.
